Our plans start at 40,000 XAF for a Basic site. You don't pay anything upfront — you only pay once you've seen your finished site and approved it. The one exception is the AI chatbot add-on, which requires payment before we begin training. Full pricing is on our Pricing page.

None at all. We handle everything — design, code, setup, and launch. If your plan includes a self-manage blog or content updates, we walk you through exactly how to use it. If that still feels like too much, our maintenance plan means you never have to touch anything yourself.

Yes — that's how we always work. We show you a complete design preview before writing a single line of code. You give feedback, we refine it, and only once you're happy do we build. You only pay after you've approved the finished site.

However is easiest for you — WhatsApp, email, or a shared folder. We'll tell you exactly what we need and help you gather it. If you don't have a logo yet, we can design one. If you don't have photos, we can advise on simple options that work.

We revise it. The preview stage exists specifically so we can get the direction right before building. We'd rather spend extra time on the design than build something you're not happy with. If after revisions we still can't find common ground — which is rare — we part ways with no charge to you.

Every site we build is mobile-first. We design for the phone screen before the desktop, because that's how most of your customers will find you. We test on multiple screen sizes before handing anything over.

Bilingual (EN/FR) is included in the Premium and Business plans. For Basic sites, the site is built in one language — you choose which. Adding the second language later is possible and we can quote it at that point.

Not necessarily — we can start the design without it. But you will need one before your site goes live. You own your domain name; we handle the technical setup. We'll guide you through the process when the time comes.

You get a handover — we walk you through what was built and how to use it. After that, you can manage it yourself, or choose one of our monthly maintenance plans so we handle all updates, content changes, and upkeep for you. Free post-launch support is included in every plan.

We fix it. During your free support period, any issue is covered at no extra cost. After that, clients on a maintenance plan get priority support. For everyone else, we're still reachable — we don't disappear after delivery.

Premium and Business plans include a self-manage blog and content sections you can update yourself — no code needed. For other changes (layout, new pages, pricing), that's what our maintenance plan covers.

The chatbot is trained on information you provide — your services, prices, hours, FAQs. When things change, you let us know and we update the training. Our AI chatbot maintenance plan covers ongoing updates, monitoring, and quality checks every month.

We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo and Orange Money) and bank transfer. Payment is made after you approve your finished site — except for the AI chatbot add-on, which is paid upfront before training begins.
